Paul

For several years, I had not managed to have a full season and my level plateaued due to recurring injuries which did not allow me to be regular.

I decided to surround myself with Arphysiotraining in the hope of performing better and injuring myself less. In less than a year, I made enormous progress on foot by lowering my 10k PR by 1min30 to 32'30 this year, and I had my best mountain bike season in 2023.

The regularity in training, the management of volume and fitness peaks have taken me a step beyond my expectations.

Thanks Arthur

Following good performances, I decided to get help from Arthur to continue to improve. It allowed me to stabilize myself. Being of an impatient character, I found it difficult to correctly determine my training sessions. Arthur came to plan and structure them in order to achieve my goals. He managed to balance me.
It also allowed me to gain self-confidence. Thanks to his positive temperament, he made me aware of my strengths, which is an undeniable asset in the world of competition.
Finally Arthur allowed me to surpass myself. His passionate personality allowed me to seek an energy that seemed lost.
Concretely, Arthur allowed me to improve myself both physically and psychologically.

''Since working with Arthur I feel a lot more confident in my training, he always focusses on the positives rather than the negatives. I had an achilles tendon injury which he helped me get rid of and back to running a 5000m PB within 3 months. He then leads me to my first England selection which was a big goal for me. I like Arthurs approach to training because he sees things through the eyes of a physio as well as a coach''

I met Arthur when training in Annecy in 2020. I was very impressed with Arthur´s awareness of the demands of the sport and his solution based approach to rehab and prehab.
